The office is located in Newport Village in Port Moody, at the intersection of Newport Drive and Ioco Road. There is free parking throughout the shopping complex, as well as in four underground parking areas.

The office is accessible by transit: there is a bus stop adjacent to the building on Ioco Road and it is two blocks from Skytrain.
